Music Matters Entertainment LLC proudly presents Music for Mike, a Benefit Concert for Mike Lowry, on May 19, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tin Roof Cantina, 2591 Briarcliff Road, Atlanta, GA.

Mike Lowry is well known in the Atlanta music scene. He is a highly talented singer-songwriter, guitarist, and session musician. He is well known for his solo work with the Mike Lowry Band, as well as part-time guitarist for Wet Willie, and many other collaborations. As many of you know, Mike suffered a debilitating stroke on June 23, 2023, and has been unable to perform/work. His medical bills are overwhelming, and, being a full-time musician, he has been unable to earn a living and support his family. He has undergone intense physical therapy, surgery, rehabilitation and other extensive and expensive treatment, which is continuing.

He is well loved and respected in the Atlanta community and beyond, and we're pulling together to help Mike and his family. Please join us on Sunday, May 19, 2024, from 5:00 to 8:00ish as many musicians with whom Mike has performed over the years play and celebrate Mike, and raise money for he and his family.

Suggested donation is at least $10. Please come out and support Mike, his wife Leslie, and their son, and give as much as you can. The Mike Veal Band, members of Wet Willie, Tinsley Ellis, and other special guests will perform. Mike Lowry will also be present. We are very excited to see Mike and offer our love and support to him.
